The Oakley second string put on an excellent team display at Odiham today to keep up their 100 per cent league record.
Bowling first Oakley skittled Odiham out for 116 with wickets coming from Lance Van Dyk (3) Dan Sumner (3) Julian Worthington (2) and Naveed Velumani (1) in what was an excellent display in the field.
The Oaks knocked off the score within 30 overs with the main contributions coming from Julian Worthington (22) Dan Beckell (23) Paul Ciufetelli (20)and Dan Sumner who ended unbeaten on 20.
Sadly, the two’s have been victims of the weather too often this season to threaten the summit of the table, but it is encouraging for the club that they are performing so well.
